This page explains how to delete your NAM app account, the app created, operated, and serviced by AfterSunday for the National Apostolate of Maronites, and exactly what data is deleted or kept.
Option 1
The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the NAM app.
Your deletion is processed on our servers. It is not just a sign-out or local reset.
Option 2
If you cannot access the app, request deletion by email. Use the button below or send a message to support@aftersunday.church with the subject “Delete My Account.”
Send the request from the email address on your account and include your account name. We may ask one or two verification questions before deleting.
Data handling
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following from our servers.
Account and profile, including name, email, date of birth, and profile photo
DeletedFacial or biometric data, including face template
DeletedChat and direct messages
DeletedPrayer requests, feed posts, comments, and reactions
DeletedPhotos and audio you uploaded
DeletedSaved location and in-app preferences
DeletedRecords we must keep by law, such as limited safety or policy-violation records where applicable
DeletedAggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you
DeletedRetention period
Once your request is verified and confirmed, deletion begins across active systems and backup cycles.

Account and personal data are deleted from active systems promptly upon confirmation.

Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our routine backup cycle, within 30 days.

Once deletion is complete, your NAM account cannot be restored and you will need to create a new account if you join again later.
