Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or transmit content that:

• Is unlawful, hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or discrimination against any group or individual.
• Sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or otherwise harms minors in any way.
• Contains nudity or pornographic material.
• Promotes illegal activity, dangerous behavior, or the sale of illegal or regulated goods.
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

• Harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or invade the privacy of other users.
• Share another person’s private or identifying information without consent.
• Impersonate any person, clergy member, parish, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Send spam, scams, phishing, chain messages, solicitations, or unauthorized advertising.
• Use the member directory, search, AI assistant, or connection features to harvest, scrape, or collect other users’ data.
• Misuse the AI assistant to generate prohibited content or to attempt to extract other members’ private information.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security or age controls of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Terms.

Connection Features & Listings

The App offers ways to meet and connect with other members, including the directory, “Shared Roots,” group chats, an interest questionnaire, and the business directory. When using these features you must:

• Be honest and accurate in your profile, questionnaire answers, and listings.
• Treat other members with respect and not use connection features for harassment, solicitation, or commercial spam.
• Respect feature age rules. The interest questionnaire, the group chats and member visibility it powers, and facial / event-photo-matching are for users 18 and older.
• Understand that dealings with other members and listed businesses are between you and them, as explained in the Terms, Section 10.

Protecting Minors

The App is for users 16 and older; the interest questionnaire and the group chats and member visibility it powers, and facial / event-photo-matching, are limited to users 18 and older, and members under 18 are not included in or surfaced through them.

Adults interacting with members aged 16–17 anywhere in the community must behave appropriately at all times. Any content or conduct that sexualizes or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited, will be removed, will result in account termination, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting & Enforcement

Every piece of content and every profile can be reported using the in-App report control, or by emailing support@aftersunday.church. You can also block other users.

We review reports, generally within 24 hours, and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any other action we consider appropriate. We may also remove content proactively, though we are not obligated to pre-screen content.
